All shipping will be calculated at checkout.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

All of our products are available for shipping within Canada. Prices are in Canadian dollars and inclusive of all duty. See below for shipping in BC. To ship outside Canada please email admin@heirloomhomeshop.ca .

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE?

Our in stock decor items are packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days. You may wait 2-4 weeks for other items. Larger items such as furniture, lighting & rugs can take 2-8 weeks. Please note that you may receive multiple deliveries per order. Delays in shipping and delivery with our partners can happen for various reasons and are beyond our control.

We continue to experience longer than usual shipping times due to the global shipping and supply chain disruptions. We will continue to update our clients on delays to the best of our ability.

If you have a restrictive timeline, please email for an ETA before ordering large items (furniture, lighting & mirrors) .

If your shipping location falls within the highlighted areas on the below map, we are happy to offer you the below exclusive pricing (excluding tax) :

Spend $750-1250 receive shipping for $75

Spend $1251-2000 receive shipping for $100

Spend $2001-3000 receive shipping for $150

How does this work ?

Use code " BCBigShip " at checkout . This will apply a .01 discount to your purchase.

Once we receive your order, we will confirm that your shipping address qualifies. We will then process a refund (to the original payment source) for the difference between your charged shipping rate & the above shipping rate .

Example: You spent $800 (excluding tax) & were charged $300 in shipping. You live in Kelowna BC. We will refund $250 of the shipping costs.

EXCHANGE POLICY

SMALL WARES

Small wares purchased online or in store may be exchanged for another item up to 14 days after purchase. Items will be inspected and must be in original condition. Return shipping is your responsibility. We do not offer return shipping labels at this time, and any original shipping charges will be retained from the return.

LARGE ITEMS/FURNITURE

All large items (rugs, light fixtures, furniture etc) are deemed FINAL SALE. If an item arrives damaged, please reach out to admin@heirloomhomeshop.ca and we will be happy to assist.

All cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Orders can be cancelled for 24 hours after the time of purchase.

HOLIDAY EXCHANGE POLICY

In addition to the above policies. Items purchased as gifts from November 13th-December 21 are available for exchange or store credit until January 15th 2024.

All Christmas/Holiday decor items are FINAL SALE after December 7th 2023.

PLEASE NOTE, we are closed for a holiday break December 22 2023 - January 3 2024.
