RETURN POLICY

SMALL WARES

Small wares purchased online or in store may be exchanged for another item up to 14 days after purchase. Items will be inspected and must be in original condition. Return shipping is your responsibility. We do not offer return shipping labels at this time, and any original shipping charges will be retained from the return.

LARGE ITEMS/FURNITURE  

All large items (rugs, light fixtures, furniture etc) are deemed FINAL SALE. If an item arrives damaged, please reach out to admin@heirloomhomeshop.ca and we will be happy to assist.
All cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Orders can be cancelled for 24 hours after the time of purchase.

All shipping will be calculated at checkout.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

All of our products are available for shipping within Canada. Prices are in Canadian dollars and inclusive of all duty. To ship outside Canada please email admin@heirloomhomeshop.ca.

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE?

 

Our in stock decor items are packaged and shipped within 3 business days. You may wait 2-4 weeks for other items. Larger items such as furniture, lighting & rugs can take 2-6 weeks. Please note that you may receive multiple deliveries per order. Delays in shipping and delivery with our partners can happen for various reasons and are beyond our control.
